Is there any delivery surcharge? – For Bulky Items

• Staircase delivery surcharge is chargeable depending on the product and floors involved, the amount can be found below.

• A $80.00 delivery surcharge applies for delivery to special or restricted areas i.e. Sentosa, Jurong Island.

• Should you acknowledged the confirmation SMS but is not available to receive the item at the very last minute and the item is loaded into our delivery vans, a re-delivery surcharge of $30.00 applies.

Staircase Delivery Fees

For places with no direct lift access and if stairs climbing are required for the delivery, a staircase delivery surcharge applies with the condition that the stairs climbing at that particular place is safe for our staff or contractor to do so as the equipment can be very heavy. Please pay the fee directly to our delivery team.

• Dumbbells:
For 11kg, 1 unit or more: $10 for each non-lift accessible floor per unit
For 25kg, 1 unit or more: $20 for each non-lift accessible floor per unit
For 40kg, 1 unit or more: $25 for each non-lift accessible floor per unit

• Normal Treadmills: $20 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
Includes items such as Kingsmith Z1 Series, Kingsmith A1 Plus, Kingsmith C2, PT1 Vibration, TM-166, TM-168, TM-188 Series, TM-199, TM-289, TM-299 Treadmills.

• Mid-Sized Treadmills: $30 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
Includes items such as Kingsmith R1 Pro, Kingsmith R2, Kingsmith R3, P5 Vibration, TM-788, TM-888 Treadmills.

• Heavy Treadmills: $50 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
Includes items such as Kingsmith G1, Kingsmith Z3 Hybrid+, Kingsmith R3 Hybrid Series, Kingsmith MX10, Kingsmith MX16, Yesoul T3 Pro, Yesoul T3S Plus Treadmills.

• Bulky Treadmills: $70 for first non-lift accessible floor and $50 for each subsequent non-lift accessible floor per item
Includes items such as Kingsmith X218, G5i, TM-988, TM-1088 Treadmills.

• Exercise Bikes: $15 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
Includes items such as X1E, X3, X-Fold Exercise Bikes.

• Kingsmith W1B desk bike, Spin Bikes*, Elliptical Trainers: $20 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
Includes items such as Yesoul A1, Yesoul M1P, Yesoul C1A, Yesoul S3, Kingsmith W1B Desk Bike, Yesoul EF25EV Elliptical Trainer.

• Yesoul G1M Spin Bikes: $50 for each non-lift accessible floor per item

• Water rowers: $50 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
Includes items such as Kingsmith WR3L, Kingsmith WM10, Kingsmith WR20, Kingsmith WM20 Water Rowers

• Kingsmith Multifunctional Gym Bench: $30 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
Include items such as Kingsmith B1, B2 Multifunctional Gym Benches

• Kingsmith StairGo Stepper: $50 for each non-lift accessible floor per item

• PowerGym Strength Trainers:
For PowerGym60: $15 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
For PowerGym90: $30 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
For PowerGym120: $30 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
For PowerGym Bench: $15 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
