Return, Exchange & Upgrade Policy

IMPORTANT: Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We suggest dropping by our showrooms to try out our items firsthand before buying; this helps you make an informed decision and avoids the hassle of the return process later on. By placing an order with I-Running.sg, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Return, Exchange & Upgrade Policy as stated below.

  1. All requests are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. I-running.sg reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet our strict eligibility criteria.
  2. Please contact our customer service team by WhatsApp us at 9639-6130 or emailing us at sales@i-running.sg for matters relating to returns.

1. Non-Returnable Conditions

To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, returns/exchanges are strictly not applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Installed Items: Once an item has been professionally installed or assembled by our team or the customer, it is no longer eligible for a “Change of Mind” return.

  2. Used Items: Any item that has been used (e.g., treadmills that have been run/walked on) cannot be returned for “Change of Mind” reasons.

  3. Customized Items: Products tailored to specific customer requirements.

  4. Missing Packaging: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unsealed packaging. This includes all protective shields, plastic covers, product boxes. If the original packaging is discarded or damaged, the return will be rejected.

  5. Cosmetic Imperfections: We do not accept returns for minor cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality or durability. This includes minor scratches, slight discolorations, or color variations (as display settings and lighting can affect color perception).

2. Upgrade & Exchange Policy

Any request to exchange or upgrade a product must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If approved, the following financial terms apply:

1. Upgrade (To equivalent or higher-value product)

  • A 25% restocking fee of the original product price will be charged, plus the price difference for the new item.
    Example: If you swap Product A ($100) for Product B ($150).
    • Restocking Fee (25% of $100) = $25
    • Price Difference ($150 – $100) = $50
    • Total Payable: $75

2. Downgrade (To a lower-value product)

  • A 25% restocking fee of the original product price will be charged.
    Example: If you swap Product A ($100) for Product B ($90).
    • Value retained (75% of $100) = $75
    • New Product Price = $90
    • Total Payable: $15
    • Note: If the calculation results in a negative value (credit), no refund will be issued.

3. Returns & Refunds (“Change of Mind”)

While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we understand that plans may change. If a return is exceptionally approved for an uninstalled, unopened, and unused item within 7 days of delivery, the following terms apply:

  1. Original Packaging Requirement: Items must be returned with all original packaging fully intact. This includes the outer product box, internal foam/styrofoam inserts, and protective plastic shields. If the packaging is torn, discarded, or heavily damaged, the return will be rejected as the item can no longer be sold as “New.”

  2. Resellable Condition: The product must be in 100% sellable condition. This means zero signs of use (e.g., no dust/tread wear on treadmill belts), no cosmetic damage, such as scratches, scuffs, or stains and all manuals, tools, and accessories must be included and unopened.

  3. Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee based on the total purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative processing, quality inspections, and warehouse handling.

  4. Logistics & Collection: For your convenience, our delivery team will collect the item back from your place to our warehouse. A flat-rate collection fee of $20 – $120 (depending on item bulk) will apply to cover the specialized manpower and transport costs involved. Please note that additional labour fees per floor will apply if staircase climbing is required during the collection process.

  5. Condition Check: Refunds will only be processed once the item has been inspected at our warehouse and confirmed to be in “like-new” condition with all original packaging intact.
    1. Refund Example for an Exercise Bike priced $250:
    • Original Product Price: $250
    • Less 25% Restocking Fee: -$62.5
    • Less Collection Fee: -$25
    Total Refund Amount: $162.50

  6. Self-Arranged Returns: If you prefer not to engage our collection service, you may arrange your own transport to return the item to our warehouse. However, the following protocol must be observed:
    • Prior Authorization Required: You must communicate with our team and receive confirmation before initiating a return. Items sent to our premises without prior approval or a scheduled appointment will be strictly rejected.

    • Inspection upon Arrival: Our team will conduct a physical inspection of the item and its packaging upon arrival. The 25% restocking fee still applies to all self-delivered returns.

    • Liability: I-running.sg is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during third-party transit arranged by the customer. If the item arrives damaged, the return request will be voided.

  7. Flat-Rate Collection Fees: In the event of an approved return, a flat-rate collection fee will be charged to cover transport logistics and manpower cost. This fee is separate from the restocking fee and is non-refundable. The charges are categorized as follows:
    • Normal Treadmills: $60
      Includes items such as Kingsmith Z1 Series, Kingsmith A1 Pro, Kingsmith C2, Sperax P1, Sperax, P2, TM-166, TM-188 Series, TM-199, TM-289, TM-299 Treadmills.

    • Mid-size Treadmills: $80
      Includes items such as Kingsmith R1 Pro, Kingsmith R2, Kingsmith R3, TM-788 Treadmills.

    • Heavy Treadmills: $100
      Includes items such as Kingsmith G1, Kingsmith Z3 Hybrid+, Kingsmith R3 Hybrid Series, Kingsmith MX10, Kingsmith MX16, Yesoul T3 Pro, Yesoul T3S Plus Treadmills.

    • Bulky Treadmills: $120
      Includes items such as Kingsmith X218, TM-988, TM-1088 Treadmills.

    • Exercise Bikes: $25
      Includes items such as Mini Pedal, X1E, X3, X-Fold Exercise Bikes.

    • Spin Bikes, Desk Bike, Elliptical Trainers: $60
      Includes items such as Yesoul A1, Yesoul M1P, Yesoul C1A, Yesoul S3, Yesoul G1M, Kingsmith W1B Desk Bike, Yesoul EF25EV Elliptical Trainer.

    • Water Rowers: $100
      Includes items such as Kingsmith WR3L, Kingsmith WM10, Kingsmith WR20 Water Rowers.

    • Kingsmith Multifunctional Gym Benches: $80
      Include items such as Kingsmith B1, B2 Multifunctional Gym Benches.
    • Kingsmith StairGo Stepper: $60
    • Adjustable Dumbbells: $30
      Include items such as 11kg, 25kg, 40.5kg Adjustable Dumbbells.

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a 9% cancellation and transaction fee will apply. (i.e. Total payment for item is $100.00, Refund will be $91.00).

  2. Post-Delivery Cancellation (Within 7 Days): If the order is cancelled after it has been delivered, it is treated as a “Change of Mind” return. A 25% restocking fee applies. This is strictly applicable only within 7 days of delivery and provided the item meets all return eligibility criteria as indicated above (uninstalled/unused).

  3. Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be initiated within 14 working days via the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. For Defective Items

  1. Please contact us within 3 days upon delivery by WhatsApp us at 9639-6130 or emailing us at sales@i-running.sg if any product is defective.

  2. I-running.sg reserves the right to send replacement parts to make the item complete and provide exchange only if the item is severely damaged and beyond repair.
