Warranty

• 1 year warranty against motor, parts and labour (Wear and tear not covered)
• Correct belt alignment from the start is essential to ensure proper treadmill functionality. Damage or wear caused by misalignment due to not performing regular alignment checks will be considered user negligence. Warranty claims for defects resulting from poor maintenance, including improper belt alignment, may be voided.

Important Note

• For your safety, please read the instruction manual inside the carton box carefully before using the treadmill.
• If you choose self-unboxing, please ensure you check the alignment of the belt and perform belt alignment if required before using the treadmill. Misalignment of the belt during use may result in damage. If you are unsure, please check with us before purchasing. Should you feel that performing belt alignment may be difficult, we recommend selecting the assisted unboxing and setup service so that you can start using the treadmill with peace of mind.
• Please note that any damage caused by belt misalignment under self-unboxing will not be covered under warranty.
• Staircase Delivery: Additional charges apply if the delivery requires carrying the item up or down any stairs. For TM-299 treadmill, a fee of $20 per item, per non-lift-accessible floor applies.
